2350 euros charged for pipe blockage (30 minutes of work)

I am writing to inform you regarding a scam that I have fell for today for unblocking the sewage pipe in my house.

Having a water swage problem, we contacted http://www.riool-bescherming.nl yesterday. Today, the technician came and gave an estimate of 200-300 euros. At the end of half an hour, he charged us with 2349 euros!! He referred to the quote he gave was per meter and the blockage was at 25 meters. Unfortunately, we paid the scammer and he said that I can call the company about the price. They said their “complaint department” will call me back after I complained by phone. They have not called me back.

Their website has fake reviews, where in TrustPilot there are tens of their scams being reported.

I also got the invoice from another firm SRS Onderhoud en Service KVK: 77161343 BTW Nummer: NL003157445B91.
